Section 39

SEC. 39. Effectivity. — This Act shall take effect thirty (30) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in any newspaper of general circulation. Approved, (Sgd.) FRANKLIN M. President of the Senate Speaker of the House of Representatives This Act which is a consolidation of House Bill No. 6002 and Senate Bill No. 2578 was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on January 20, 2004 and January 19, 2004, respectively.
