Section 53

SEC. 53. Applicability of the Katarungang Pambarangay.—This Act shall not be interpreted to repeal, amend or modify the jurisdiction of the Katarungang Pambarangay under Republic Act No. 7160, otherwise know as the Local Government Code of 1991.
