Section 24

SEC. 24. Reissuance of Revoked Certificate of Registration or Certificate of Compliance and Replacement of Lost Certificates. — The Board may, for reasons it may deem sufficient and upon proper petition, reissue revoked Certificates of Registration or Certificates of Compliance. A new Certificate of Registration or Certificate of Compliance may be issued to replace a lost, destroyed or mutilated Certificate, subject to the rules and regulations of the Board, and upon payment of the appropriate fees to the Commission.
