Section 11
SEC. 11. A new section is hereby inserted as Section 11 of the same Act to read as follows: “SEC. 11. In all cases or actions filed by the Corporation as receiver for the recovery of, or involving any asset of the closed bank, payment of all docket and other court fees shall be deferred until the action is terminated with finality. Any such fees shall constitute as a first lien on any judgment in favor of the closed bank or in case of unfavorable judgment, such fees shall be paid as administrative expenses during the distribution of the assets of the closed bank.”
