Utilization of Non-renewable Resources.

Section 16

SEC. 16. Utilization of Non-renewable Resources. — Any exploration for, exploitation or utilization of non-renewable resources within the protected area shall not be allowed. Energy projects, whether renewable or otherwise, shall be permitted only through an Act of Congress.
