Appropriations.

Section 19

SEC. 19. Appropriations. — The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be charged against the current year’s appropriations of the Samar State Polytechnic College and the Wright Vocational School, except the sums needed to continue the operations of the existing high school/s. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for the continued operation and maintenance of the Samar State University shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
