Section 1

SECTION 1. The following roads in the First District of the Province of Northern Samar are hereby converted into national roads: Poblacion-Barangay Cabacungan Provincial Road in the Municipality of Allen; Poblacion-Barangay Bonifacio Provincial Road in the Municipality of Allen; Poblacion-Barangay Trujillo Provincial Road in the Municipality of Bobon; Circumferential Provincial Road in the Island Municipality of San Antonio; Imelda-Barangay La Trinidad Provincial Road in the Municipality of Mondragon; Poblacion - Gengarog - Tubigdanao - San Lorenzo - Bonglas - Mandugang Provincial Road in the Municipality of San Jose; and Bugko Nenita - Mirador - Cagpanit-an - De Maria - San Jose Provincial Road in the Municipality of Mondragon.
