SEC. 8. A new Section 7 is hereby provided to read as follows: "SEC. 7. Communication Channels for ElectronicTransmissions. - All electronic transmissions by and among the AES and its related components shall utilize secure communication channels as recommended by the Advisory Council, to ensure authentication and integrity of transmissions."
