Applicability of Laws.

Section 61

SEC. 61. Applicability of Laws. - The provisions of Republic Act No. 7160, otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991, and other laws pertaining to the Province of Basilan and such laws as are applicable to cities shall govern the City of Lamitan insofar as they are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act.
