Effectivity.

Section 28

SEC. 28. Effectivity. - This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in two newspapers of general circulation. Approved, (Sgd.) MANNY VILLAR (Sgd.) JOSE DE VENECIA JR.
