Section 50

SEC. 50. The City Schools Division. - The DepEd shall establish and maintain a city schools division of the City of Guihulngan whose area of jurisdiction will cover all the school districts within the City. The city schools division shall beheaded by a city schools division superintendent who must possess the necessary qualifications required by the DepEd.
