Immunity.

Section 7

SEC. 7. Immunity. — Immunity from prosecution may be granted by the CSC to any person upon whose testimony rests the prosecution and/or conviction of other individual/s or groups perpetrating examination irregularities. Those granted immunity shall be exempted from administrative and criminal prosecution.
