The City Schools Division.

Section 49

SEC. 49. The City Schools Division. — The DepEd shall establish and maintain a city schools division of the City of Cabadbaran whose area of jurisdiction will cover all the school districts within the City. The city schools division shall be headed by a city schools division superintendent who must possess the necessary qualifications required by the DepEd.
