Repealing Clause.

Section 48

SEC. 48. Repealing Clause. — Executive Order No. 290, series of 1958 and the applicable provisions of Executive Order No. 80, series of 1999 are hereby repealed. Any other law, presidential decree or issuance, executive order, letter of instruction, administrative order, proclamation, charter, rule or regulation and/or parts thereof contrary to or inconsistent with the provisions of this Act is hereby repealed, modified or amended accordingly.
