Ratings in the Examinations.

Section 16

SEC. 16. Ratings in the Examinations. - The licensure examination shall consist of both written and practical tests and in order to pass the examination, an examinee must obtain a general weighted average of at least seventy-five percent (75%), with no rating below fifty percent (50%) in any subject.
