Implementing Rules and Regulations.

Section 37

SEC. 37. Implementing Rules and Regulations. - The Board, in coordination with the accredited professional organization and with the approval of the Commission, shall promulgate, adopt and implement such rules and regulations to carry out the provisions of this Act.
