Section 105

SEC. 105. Personnel and Compensation. — The employees and management of the TIEZA, the TPB and the DFPC shall be exempt from the coverage of the Salary Standardization Law. Subject to existing constitutional and legal prohibitions on double compensation for Board members in an ex officio capacity, the members of the TIEZA Board, the Tourism Board and the DFPC Board shall not be entitled to compensation but may receive reasonable per diems for attendance at regular and special Board meetings.
