Section 3

SEC. 3. Statement of Objectives. — Towards this end, the State shall integrate all laws relating to the Home Development Mutual Fund to effectively achieve the following objectives: To improve the quality of life of its citizens by providing them with sufficient shelter; To provide for an integrated nationwide provident savings system; and To provide housing through mobilization of funds for shelter finance.
