Implementing Rules and Regulations.

Section 4

SEC. 4. Implementing Rules and Regulations. — The Nationa Police Commission and the Philippine National Police shall promulgate the necessary rules and regulations for the effetive implementation of this Act. Such ruls and regulations shall take effect upon its publication in two (2) nespaper of general circulation.
