Conversion.

Section 1

SECTION 1. Conversion. — The Romblon State College in the Municipality of Odiongan, Province of Romblon is hereby converted into a state university to be known as the Romblon State University, hereinafter referred to as the University, integrating therewith the satellite campuses in the municipalities of San Fernando, Cajidiocan, San Agustin, Romblon, Calatrava, San Andres, Santa Fe and Santa Maria. The main campus of the University shall be in the Municipality of Odiongan.
