Effectivity.

Section 29

SEC. 29. Effectivity. — This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in two (2) newspapers of general circulation. Approved, (Sgd.) JUAN PONCE ENRILE (Sgd.) PROSPERO C.
