The City Schools Division.

Section 51

SEC. 51. The City Schools Division. — There shall be established and maintained by the Department of Education (DepED) a city schools division of the City of Biñan whose area of jurisdiction will cover all the school districts within the City. The city schools division shall be headed by a city schools division superintendent who must posses the necessary qualifications required by the DepED.
