SEC. 2. Transfer of Assets and Liabilities. — All personnel, assets, liabilities and records of the Tolosa National High School - Tolosa School of Fisheries are hereby transferred to and absorbed by the Daniel Z. Romualdez State Comprehensive School of Fisheries.
