Appropriation.

Section 41

SEC. 41. Appropriation.—There is hereby appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of five hundred thousand pesos which shall be expended by the Provincial Board of Cavite for the survey and delimitation of the lands to be comprised within the territory of the City of Trece Martires, for the purchase or expropriation of private lands within the said territory, for the construction of the necessary buildings for housing the government offices and for the payment of necessary expenses to be incurred in connection within the operation for the first year of the government of said city.
