Investment in the REIT.

Section 4

SEC. 4. Investment in the REIT. — Investment in the REIT shall be by way of subscription to or purchase of shares of stock of the REIT. No shares of stock of the REIT shall be offered for subscription or sale except in accordance with a REIT plan and other requirements and restrictions as may be prescribed by the Commission.
