Section 1

SECTION 1. Separation and Conversion into a National High School. - The Mankayan National Iligh School Bulalacao Annex in Barangay Bulalacao, Municipality of Mankayan, Province of Benguet is hereby separated from the Mankayan National High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as Bulalacao National High School.
