SEC. 2. Transfer of Assets and Liabilities. — All personnel, assets, liabilities and records of the Bata National High School — Ramonito P. Maravilla Sr. Extension are hereby transferred to and absorbed by the Ramonito P. Maravilla Sr. National High School.
