Section 1

SECTION 1. Separation and Conversion into a National High School. — The Surigao del Sur Institute of Technology — Panikian Annex in Barangay Panikian, Municipality of Carrascal, Province of Surigao del Sur is hereby separated from the Surigao del Sur Institute of Technology and converted into an independent national high school to be known as Panikian National High School.
