Section 1

SECTION 1. Separation and Conversion into a National High School. — The Basiawan National High School — R.T. Gloria Annex in Barangay Fishing Village, Municipality of Malita, Province of Davao del Sur is hereby separated from the Basiawan National High School and converted into an independent national high school to be known as Fishing Village Comprehensive National High School.
