Part-time employees

s 66A

66A.—(1) In this Part, “part-time employee” means an employee who is required under his or her contract of service with an employer to work for less than 35 hours a week.(2) Despite subsection (1), the Minister may, by notification in the Gazette, declare that any employee or class of employees are not to be regarded as part‑time employees for the purposes of this Part. —(1) In this Part, “part-time employee” means an employee who is required under his or her contract of service with an employer to work for less than 35 hours a week. Minister may exclude or modify Act in relation to part-time employees

s 66B

66B. The Minister may by regulations exclude or modify any or all of the provisions of this Act in their application to any part‑time employee or class of part‑time employees.
