§ 12 — Appeals to Minister
12.—(1) Any person that is aggrieved —(a)
by the refusal of the Authority to grant a licence to the person; or
(b)
by the revocation or suspension of the person’s licence by the Authority,
may, within 30 days after having been informed by the Authority of the refusal, revocation or suspension, appeal in writing to the Minister, whose decision is final.
