Architects Act 1991 s 37

s 37 No action in absence of bad faith or malice

37. No action or proceedings shall lie against the Board, any committee appointed by the Board under this Act, or any member thereof for any act or thing done under this Act unless it is proved to the court that the act or thing was done in bad faith or with malice.[28/2005]
