s 21A No knowledge of making, etc., of recording of court proceedings
21A. A person is not guilty of contempt of court under section 5(1)(aa), (b) or (c) in relation to the making, publication, transmission or use of a recording of a court proceeding, if —(a)
the court proceeding was conducted through an electronic means of communication; and
(b)
the person did not know, and could not reasonably have known, that the person was making, publishing, transmitting or using a recording of a court proceeding.[Act 25 of 2021 wef 01/04/2022]
