8. The Majlis may, subject to the Public Sector (Governance) Act 2018, appoint and employ, on such terms and conditions as the Majlis may determine, any officer, employee, consultant or agent that may be necessary for the effective performance of the functions of the Majlis.[Act 4 of 2024 wef 03/03/2025]
