s 59 Clearing House settlements and control over Clearing House

59. In order to facilitate the clearing of cheques and other credit instruments for banks, merchant banks and other financial institutions approved by the Authority, the Authority must, in conjunction with such banks, merchant banks and institutions, by regulations, establish a Clearing House.[1/2020]
