s 70 Publication of information on banks and merchant banks
70.—(1) The Authority is to publish and maintain on its website at all times, a list of banks and a list of merchant banks licensed under this Act.[5/2016; 1/2020]
(2) If any licence is issued, revoked or surrendered, or the name of any bank or merchant bank is changed, the Authority is to publish notice of this in the Gazette.[5/2016; 1/2020]
