s 75 Operation of this Act not to affect Companies Act 1967
75.—(1) Nothing in this Act affects the operation of the Companies Act 1967, and any bank or merchant bank that is liable to be incorporated under that Act continues to be so liable as if this Act had not been passed.[1/2020]
(2) In case of conflict between the Companies Act 1967 and this Act, the provisions of this Act prevail unless otherwise provided in this Act.
