s 64A Financial penalties, etc., payable to Consolidated Fund
64A. All fines imposed under section 12(1) and all financial penalties ordered under section 45N(1) —(a)
may be recovered by the Authority in any court of competent jurisdiction as if they were simple contract debts; and
(b)
