s 65 Amendment of First, Second and Third Schedules

65.—(1) The Minister may, by notification in the Gazette, at any time amend the First, Second or Third Schedule. (2) The Minister may, in any notification made under subsection (1), make such incidental, consequential or supplementary provisions as may be necessary or expedient.
