s 22FP Application of this Division

22FP. This Division applies to an owner of a Type 1 building —(a) that is subject to an MEI audit notice; and (b) in relation to which an energy efficiency improvement plan has been submitted to the Commissioner of Building Control under section 22FO(2) (called in this Division the original submission).[Act 28 of 2024 wef 30/09/2025]
