s 25D Application of this Part

25D. This Part applies only to —(a) any building (subdivided or otherwise), and any common property or limited common property (which may include fixed installations) that are a building; and (b) all exterior features on any building, except —(i) exterior features on any detached house, semi‑detached house, terrace house or linked house, none of which are comprised in any strata title plan; and (ii) exterior features located on the lowest level of any building.[Act 12 of 2020 wef 01/10/2025]
