s 46 Exemption
46.—(1) The Minister may, by order in the Gazette, exempt any person or class of persons, any premises or class of premises, or any essential construction material from all or any of the requirements of any provision in this Part. (2) Without affecting subsection (1), nothing in this Part prohibits or prevents any person not licensed under this Part from importing —(a) worked monumental granite, granite sculptures or statues; or (b) millstones, grindstones, grinding wheels made of granite and the like, for grinding, sharpening, polishing, trueing or cutting, hand sharpening or polishing stones or metal.[31T
