Building and Construction Authority Act 1999 s 5

s 5 Membership of Authority

5.—(1) The Authority consists of —(a) a Chairperson; (b) a Deputy Chairperson; and (c) not less than 5 but not more than 12 other members, all of whom must be appointed by the Minister. (2) The Minister may appoint the Chief Executive to be a member of the Authority.
