s 41 Authority and its employees not liable
41. The Authority, the Registrar or any other officer or employee of the Authority is not liable for any error or inaccuracy in the register or for any error or inaccuracy (whether in the copying or otherwise) in any certificate, certified extract, copy or other document made or issued under this Act if the error or inaccuracy was not due to the lack of reasonable care and good faith on the part of the Registrar or any other officer or employee of the Authority.
