s 7 Registration by nominee or trustee

7.—(1) Where a person (B) carries on a business wholly or mainly as nominee or trustee of or for another person (A), for the general purposes of the business in Singapore, B must, in addition to the particulars required by section 6, provide such particulars as may be prescribed. (2) A person must not carry on business in Singapore as nominee or trustee of a foreign company.
