s 18 Declarations

18.—(1) Every declaration required by or for the purposes of this Act may be made before the Registrar or Deputy Registrar of the Supreme Court, or before any commissioner for oaths, or before the registrar or a deputy registrar. (2) Every such declaration shall be deemed to be a declaration within the meaning of sections 199 and 200 of the Penal Code 1871.
