s 21 Rules
21.—(1) The Minister may make rules in respect of all or any of the following matters:(a) the form of the register and the mode in which the same is to be made and kept; (b) the mode in which registration is to be conducted; (c) the making of entries in the register of the satisfaction or discharge of the debt secured by a registered bill of sale; (d) the forms of declarations and other instruments to be used for the purposes of this Act; (e) the fees to be taken; (f) generally in relation to any matters, whether similar or not to those abovementioned, as to which it is expedient to make rules for carrying into effect the objects of this Act. (2) All rules made under this section shall be published in the Gazette.
