s 33B Non-application of this Part to designated operating entities that are licensees
33B. This Part does not apply to or in relation to any designated operating entity that is also —(a)
a bus operator holding a Class 1 bus service licence; or
(b)
a licensee holding a bus depot licence or bus interchange licence.
