s 46 General exemption

46. The Minister may, by order in the Gazette, exempt any person or class of persons from all or any provisions (or any part of any provision) of this Act, either generally or in a particular case and subject to any conditions that the Minister may impose.[Act 20 of 2024 wef 01/04/2025]
