s 48 No compensation payable

48. No compensation is payable by the LTA to any person in respect of or as a consequence of any decision of the LTA under this Act —(a) to enter or not to enter into a public bus services contract with anyone; (b) not to renew a public bus services contract; or (c) to suspend or terminate a public bus services contract.
